Question 1

How much does a custom website or app cost?

Accepted Answer

The price depends on the project’s size: number of pages or screens, features, integrations and content to write. After a free initial diagnosis, we give you a detailed estimate, often split into stages so you can start with the essentials.

Question 2

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

A showcase website usually takes a few weeks, depending on when the content is ready. An app or MVP is delivered in stages: a first usable version, then successive improvements.

Question 3

Will I see something before development?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We show you a clickable prototype: you browse your future site or app before we write the code. We adjust until it’s clear for you and your customers.

Question 4

Does the build lab on the home page create a real website?

Accepted Answer

No. The build lab generates a demo preview in your browser to show how we work. Your real site is custom-designed with your content, brand and goals.

Question 5

Will I be able to edit my content myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you want to. We can provide a simple admin interface for your text, photos or products. We can also handle updates for you.

Question 6

Do you provide hosting and maintenance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We host your site or app, run backups and security updates, and stay available for improvements after launch.

Question 7

Can AI really help a small business?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when it targets a specific task: answering common questions, sorting emails, preparing quotes, entering data. We start by finding what wastes the most of your time, then test on your real cases.

Question 8

Do you work remotely?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our lab is in Châteauguay and we’re happy to meet Greater Montreal businesses in person, but we also collaborate remotely across Quebec, by video call and with prototypes shared online.

Question 9

Will my site comply with Quebec’s Law 25?

Accepted Answer

We build in the expected technical elements: a cookie consent banner, statistics enabled only after acceptance and a privacy policy. The final legal content remains your responsibility; we can work with your advisor if needed.
